  - Fixed The Following as they where saving to the wrong file

    - CustomRecipeEffectivenessMultiplier 

    - ResourceNoReplenishRadiusPlayers

  - Added LevelExperienceRampOverrides into allowed duplicates

  - We now remove the .acf file before updating to remove some steamCMD common errors

Changes: 

  - Changed Default Game Port to 7778

  - Changed Auto Restart to use Time of Day rather than In Minutes (Please change this in your settings Format Example 12:00 for noon 16:00 for 4PM)
